Shahzeb Mahmood is a transformational business leader with over 25 years of experience in general management, regional leadership, and cross-functional operations across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. He currently serves as General Manager and Vice President for MENA at The Clorox Company, and previously held CEO and GM roles at Clorox Abudawood SJV and Kellogg Company. His leadership has consistently delivered market share growth, strategic turnaround, and operational excellence across multiple consumer and FMCG sectors.

Shahzeb is passionate about building purpose-driven organizations rooted in performance, inclusion, and cultural transformation. He is also an investor and advisor supporting startups and emerging leaders across the region. His educational background includes an executive program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration.

Muhammad Irfan Patel is a seasoned financial strategist, chartered accountant, and management consultant with over two decades of experience in finance, business transformation, and advisory across the Middle East, South Asia, and North Africa. He is the Managing Partner at ProdigyWay International and a senior advisor at PI Partners, where he leads mandates in corporate restructuring, M&A advisory, turnaround strategy, and financial modeling for regional and international clients.

A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and an associate of ICAEW (UK), Irfan has held leadership roles at multinational firms including Dresser-Rand (a Siemens business), PwC, and ART Marine LLC. His core expertise spans across strategic financial planning, due diligence, investment evaluation, ERP implementation, and governance frameworks.

With a reputation for delivering results in both startup and large enterprise environments, Irfan brings a pragmatic and action-oriented approach to solving complex business challenges. He is also a long-time supporter of educational causes and innovation ecosystems, playing an active role in mentoring emerging finance professionals and tech founders across the region.
